Laurence Vaughan - Chairman

Laurence joined the business as Chairman in 2018.

He began his career with PwC in both audit and consulting before joining Sytner, where as CEO he led a team that transformed the business from one dealership in Nottingham to a group with c. £1bn in revenues by 1997 when he led its floatation on the LSE.

Laurence holds a number of Non-Executive Chairman positions, including at Big Motoring World (backed by Freshstream), and is widely respected in the market.

Scott Behrens - CEO & Co-Founder

Scott co-founded SuperBike Factory in 2010 and has served as Managing Director throughout all stages of the business development.

Scott has an extensive background in the finance sector and was instrumental in establishing the SuperBike Factory finance proposition.

Day-to-day operations are now delegated to the supporting management team, allowing Scott to manage the Group at a high level and focus on innovation, strategic planning, and achieving continued, long-term sustainable growth.

Edward Armitage - CFO

Edward joined SuperBike Factory as CFO in November 2020 and is an ACA Chartered Accountant having begun his career at Arthur Andersen Consulting.

Since moving into the industry, Edward has held several CFO roles in the consumer and technology sectors, and private equity-backed businesses and has gained significant transaction experience over the course of his career.
