Returns & 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

This page explains our returns process, 14-day money back guarantee, and what to expect if something goes wrong with your motorbike.

14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – SUMMARY

Key points:
• Applies to motorbikes bought online or over the phone only
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
• Maximum of 30 miles ridden from delivery
• Do not use the motorbike after cancelling
• V5C must be returned by recorded delivery (at your own cost)

CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

If you paid in full

  • Refunds are made to the original Visa or Mastercard used.
  • The motorbike must not exceed 30 miles from delivery.
  • No alterations or modifications may be made.
  • The motorbike must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • The V5C must be returned by recorded delivery.

If you paid using finance

  • The motorbike must not exceed 30 miles from delivery.
  • No alterations or modifications may be made.
  • The motorbike must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • The motorbike must be free from third-party claims.
  • The V5C must be returned by recorded delivery.

HOW TO USE THE GUARANTEE

  1. Email sales@superbikefactory.co.uk by 5:30pm on the final day of your 14-day period.
  2. We’ll acknowledge your request and contact you within 3 days to arrange collection.
  3. Make sure you’re available at the agreed time — missed collections may invalidate the guarantee.

REFUNDS, MILEAGE & DEDUCTIONS

  • £0.42 per mile is charged for mileage over 30 miles.
  • Reasonable repair costs may be deducted for damage.
  • £200 is held until the V5C is returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation.

RETURNS & FAULTS POLICY

Within the first 30 days

  • Faults must be reported within 30 days.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection.
  • You remain responsible for tax and insurance until accepted back.

Between 30 days and 6 months

  • We may arrange in-house or local repair.
  • If repairs are delayed, a suitable resolution may be offered.

After 6 months

  • You must show the fault existed at point of sale.
  • Independent inspection may be required.

SuperBike Factory Limited — in administration

On 20 July 2026, Michael Lennon, James Saunders and Robert Halliday of KR8 Advisory Ltd were appointed as Joint Administrators of Superbike Factory Group Limited and Superbike Factory Limited (“the Companies”) pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Companies have ceased to trade with immediate effect.
