Frequently Asked Questions

Want a plain-English breakdown?

Who can apply for finance?

Anyone over 18 years old, with a UK address and a regular income, can apply for finance. Approval is subject to status and affordability checks by our finance providers.

What finance options do you offer?

We offer Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance plans, giving you flexible ways to spread the cost of your motorbike.

How do I apply for finance?

You can apply online through our website or visit us in-store, where our team can assist with your application.

Will applying for finance affect my credit score?

When you apply, lenders may carry out a soft credit check, which won’t impact your credit score. If you proceed, a full credit check will be required.

Can I use part exchange with finance?

Yes! If you have a bike to part exchange, you can put its value towards your new motorbike. If your current bike has outstanding finance, we may be able to settle it as part of the deal.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposit requirements vary depending on the finance agreement. Some lenders offer £0 deposit options, while others may require an upfront payment.

How long does it take to get approved?

Most applications receive a decision within 24 hours, but some may take longer depending on the lender’s checks.

What happens after I’m approved?

Once approved, you’ll need to complete an ID check and sign your agreement. You’ll then be able to book collection or delivery for your motorbike.

Can I settle my finance early?

Yes, most finance agreements allow early settlement. Contact your lender directly for details on any early repayment charges.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, you should contact your finance provider immediately to discuss your options. Missing payments could impact your credit score and lead to additional charges.

Can I cancel my finance agreement?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your finance agreement after signing. If you cancel, you’ll need to arrange an alternative payment method or return the motorbike if eligible.

Do you offer finance for bad credit?

We work with a panel of lenders, some of whom may consider applications from those with a lower credit score. Approval is based on individual circumstances.
