Does SuperBike Factory offer new bikes?

Yes, we sell new bikes from Lexmoto, Mutt, and Sinnis. View our new bikes here.

Do you offer bike history checks?

 Yes, we ensure all our bikes undergo comprehensive history checks, including HPI checks, so you can be confident in the quality and background of your bike.

Do you sell bikes that have been in an accident or are a ‘write off’?

 We do not sell bikes that have been written off. All our bikes are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are fixed, but we offer excellent value across our entire range.

Why has the list price of a bike changed?

 Prices may change due to various factors such as market trends, demand, or any applicable promotions. We always aim to offer competitive prices.

Do your bikes come with a service history?

We list the bike’s service history in our listings. We upload any available service history documents within the listing for your reference.

Do your bikes come with an MOT?

 Yes, all our bikes come with at least 3 months MOT to ensure they’re roadworthy and ready to ride.

What does the admin fee cover?

The admin fee covers the processing of paperwork, registration, and ensuring all necessary checks and updates are completed.

Delivery and collections

Where does SuperBike Factory deliver to?

 We deliver across the UK for just £179. For our international customers, we offer the convenience of dropping your bike off at docks or airports for shipping (customer arrangements are required for handover).

Is click and collect available to everyone?

 Yes, you can collect your bike from the store where it’s located after completing your purchase.

Can someone else collect or take delivery of my bike?

 Yes, someone else can collect or take delivery of your bike, but they’ll need to provide identification and relevant documents.

Will I be given a time slot?

 Yes, we’ll provide a time slot for your delivery, so you know when to expect your bike.

Do I need to have access? Do you deliver in a van?

Our deliveries are made using a van, and we require access to your location for safe unloading.

Will you charge me for delivery or collection?

 Delivery charges are £179 to mainland UK.

Will I need to produce my ID and why?

 Yes, we require ID for verification when collecting or delivering a bike.

Returns / Money Back

How do I return my bike?

Returning your bike is simple with our 14-day money-back guarantee* (online purchases only). Just follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Services team at talktous@superbikefactory.co.uk. We’ll acknowledge your email and contact you within 3 days to arrange the collection of your bike.
  2. Arrange Collection: We’ll schedule a convenient time for our team to collect the bike from you.
  3. Prepare the Bike: The bike must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and should not have been ridden more than 30 miles. You’ll also need to return the bike’s V5 logbook via recorded delivery (at your cost).

Who’s responsible for insuring the bike until it’s collected by SuperBike Factory?

You are responsible for insuring the bike until it’s collected by us.

What if I've had an accident and want to return the bike?

Please contact us immediately. If the bike has been involved in an accident, we’ll discuss your options with you.

What do I need to do with the V5 if I have received it?

If you’ve received the V5, please return it to us so we can update our records and process the return.

How does your money back guarantee work?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all bikes purchased online or over the phone. If you decide to return the bike, you must not have ridden more than 30 miles from the delivery date and return it in the same condition it was delivered.

Finance and payments

Do you offer GAP insurance?

Yes, we offer GAP insurance for customers financing their bike. This covers the difference between the amount owed on finance and the insurance payout if your bike is written off.

Once I've been approved for finance, what are the next steps?

What finance plans do you offer?

Our lenders offer Hire Purchase (HP), Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and Conditional Sale

How do I apply for finance?

You can apply for finance directly on our website or in-store by filling out a quick form.

How long do I need to wait for a finance decision?

Finance decisions are usually made quickly, with most customers receiving a response on the same day. 

Once approved, you’ll sign the contract and complete the bike purchase process.

How long is my finance offer valid for and when does it end?

Your finance offer is valid for 30 days. Be sure to complete your purchase within this time to lock in your terms.

When's my first payment taken?

 Your first payment will be taken one month after the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with our finance partners.

Part Exchange

How do I know im getting a good price for my part exchange?

 We assess the value of your part-exchange based on its condition, market demand, and other factors. We ensure competitive pricing.

What do I do with the V5?

Please provide the V5 for your part-exchange bike when we collect it. If you don’t have it, please contact us for guidance.

Can I sell my bike to SuperBike Factory without buying one?

Yes, you can sell your bike to us even if you're not purchasing another bike.

What happens to my bike once SuperBike Factory has collected it?

Your bike will be inspected and may be reconditioned before being resold.

Can I part exchange more than one bike?

Yes, so long as you are the registered owner. 

Can I part exchange my bike if it's still on finance?

 Yes, we can accept bikes still on finance, and we'll settle any outstanding balance as part of the exchange process. Please note, finance settlement is subject to your lender’s approval

I want to part exchange my bike but I don't have the V5. What do I need to do?

You can still part-exchange your bike without the V5. We’ll assist you in resolving this before collection.

Registration / Aftercare

What if something goes wrong with my bike after the 14-day returns period?

 If your bike develops a fault that isn’t due to general wear and tear or damage from an accident or incident, it’s covered under our 30-day warranty. If the fault was caused by a point-of-sale issue, we’ll also look to put that right. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What warranty is included?

We provide a 30-day warranty that covers mechanical and electrical faults on your bike.

Will I be given any previous service history, MOT certificates or other docs with my bike?

Yes, we’ll provide any available service history, MOT certificates, and other relevant documents with your bike.
