Important Notice

SuperBike Factory Limited — in administration

On 20 July 2026, Michael Lennon, James Saunders and Robert Halliday of KR8 Advisory Ltd were appointed as Joint Administrators of Superbike Factory Group Limited and Superbike Factory Limited (“the Companies”) pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Companies have ceased to trade with immediate effect.

The Joint Administrators issued their Statement of Proposals (“the Proposals”) in respect of the Companies on 13 September 2026, a copy of which can be provided to creditors of the Companies on request and is also made available via Companies House.

All enquiries regarding the Companies or the Administration, including those from customers, and requests for a copy of the Proposals, should be directed by email to SBF@kr8.co.uk.
